Btw. this is absolutely my own opinion according to my own experiences so please whoever doesn't agree with me: first try this network and then let me know or simply solve your network issues with the provider, the same way as I did ;)

How to deal (get rid of) "professionally" and fast with customers (Example by Gumtree)

I sent for Gumtree a message about a year ago, when it was in my intention to post this, but just now I got there. I requested that they provide again the possibility for job seekers to advertise their job seeking ads for free (giving some tips how this could happen) as I found it very useful, back in that era before the changes happened and compared to their current options. After a couple of days I received the following reply:

This was sweet, short, written without any mistake but I am still thinking: Am I missing anything or I am just totally ignored? 

Basically where I believe they messed it up is that my request was left unanswered and my case closed within two minutes? So if I the customer need to phone or write over and over for a company that sends out lots of automated/ pre written e-mails and as well ignores answering their request but still asking us to write them if anything is on or not then what's the point of contacting them or giving them feedback of their services? 

I know e-mail marketing means a lot, but hey, first ensure your customers are happy and then move on and advertise yourself otherwise just forget success. And yes, word of mouth is still working, and upset customers lead to more upset ones...

#RAKNomination: The Facebook Game that spreads the kindness

I am sure many of yours heard of that popular game on Facebook called “NekNominate” which is well known all over the world and in many European countries mainly amongst the youngsters. In case you didn’t it is about people drinking a beer after which they nominate two friends, give them 24 hours, ask to do them same and share the video of the event. Sounds fun, well at least sounded till about a month ago it started to become a lethal game. According to CNN sources at least 5 men aged under the year of 30 lost their life already because of drinking fatal cocktails.

But to keep up with optimism and turn the bad things into good RAKnomination (Random Act of Kindness) is the game that started to spread around on Facebook and since launching (February 3^rd) we can see more and more people being part of it. I know it is a while here but this is something that must be shared, done and ensure the good things keep flowing. The point of this game is similar as the first one, but here you have to share kindness instead of pulling down a drink which can be harmfull and with RAKNomination you can brighten someone’s day, make their life more lively as here in the UK and all over Europe there are plenty of people in need (may it be only  a smile or a flower).
